Flyer Distribution

We work with non-profit community organizations to distribute information that may be of interest to our students and families. All materials must align with School Board Policy 4060 and be approved by the Communications Department.

We use an electronic flyer delivery service, Peachjar. Approved flyers are emailed to families and posted to an online bulletin board on each school's website. See below for links to each school's board.

Nonprofits:

Non-profit community organizations not affiliated with the Sumner-Bonney Lake School District are required to submit electronic flyer requests by following these steps:

Visit www.peachjar.com
Click "Sign Up" or "Log In" if you already have a Peachjar account
Complete the account information
Upload your flyer for approval

Pricing is determined by the number of school distributions an organization sends their flyers to: One flyer to 1 school is $25. One flyer to 2 schools is $50 and so on. Bulk purchases can be made for a discount. The Communications Office will review the material and approve or deny based on compliance with School Board Policy 4060.

Free Monthly Flyer Program

Peachjar's Community Free flyer program covers the fees for 1 flyer per 28 days for organizations promoting a charitable free program, service or resource where children are the direct beneficiary.

What qualifies as a Community Free Flyer?

Your charitable program, service or resource directly benefits children and does not require participants to qualify, has no enticement for future fee-based programs, and does not serve the purpose of fundraising, collecting donations or allow for the purchase of products or services.

Your organization is not nationally recognized and physically resides within the boundaries of the school district you wish to distribute to.
Your organization is not receiving fees or revenue from vendors participating in the event.

Submissions are limited to one flyer distribution to one school district every 28 days. If you wish to distribute to more than one school district or more frequently than every 28 days, you may choose to distribute a standard flyer, subject to Peachjar's service fees.

How do I submit my flyer?

How It Works

Every Community Free flyer submission will go through this process:

Review the above qualifications and limitations to ensure your program/event is appropriate for our Community Free Program.
Register as a Community Organization on Peachjar.com and contact Peachjar Support for instructions on how to apply by emailing support@peachjar.com or calling (858) 997-2117.
Peachjar will review your application in 3-5 business days and notify you whether or not your program event qualifies.
If your application is accepted by Peachjar, your flyer will be sent to the school district for their distribution approval at no charge. If declined by Peachjar, your flyer will be saved as a draft so you can still post your flyer using the standard method.
If your flyer is approved by the school district, it’s all set for distribution. If denied by the school district, you will be notified and your flyer will not be distributed.

Make sure you have the final version of your flyer ready before you begin the application.

PTAs/PTOs:

PTA, PTO and Booster groups can send out flyers for free through Peachjar. To request access to upload flyers, reach out to the Communications Office at communications@sumnersd.org. The Communications Office will set you up as a volunteer uploader.

Once your account has been activated, you can submit flyers by:

Logging into Peachjar with your email account. A magic link to log in will be sent to your email inbox.
Upload the flyer you have created. Be sure to indicate the date you would like the flyer to be sent out.
Submit flyer and await approval from the Comms Office.

If you are designing a flyer for your PTA, please ensure that the PTA group presenting the event is clearly labeled at the top of the flyer, with contact information available.

Families

Families should automatically receive flyers from their schools. However, parents and guardians can also sign up to receive Peachjar flyers by following the steps below:
